We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, which means if for any reason you are not happy with any Holiday Hair product purchased from our website, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. We hope you love your purchase and so all we ask is that you try out our products and if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery and we will refund you.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@holidayhair.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (at your cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you asap.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show in your account.



Holiday Hair products have been designed to withstand the rigours of constant use and are manufactured to the highest standards using the highest quality components. In the unlikely event that within 1 year of the date of purchase our product proves to be faulty please email us at hello@holidayhair.com.au with evidence of the fault and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
